BANCA POPOLARE DELL’EMILIA ROMAGNA GENERAL ASSEMBLY

Modena (Exhibition centre), Avellino (Bper headquarters), Lamezia Terme (CZ) (former Sir congress centre), , April 18 th 2015

Tecnoconference Europe–Del Fio Group brought as every year a complex intervention in support of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Banca Popolare dell’Emilia Romagna. It was attended by over 10 thousand people, representing more than 33 thousand members. The connection, broadcast quality, was provided via satellite from Modena to the two branch offices (which in turn gave back via streaming a video service).

Tecnoconference Europe took care of all the technological sides of the event, from project to direction, including video and audio services in the three locations, from local shooting with full HD directions and cameras, to the filming in the public areas (accreditation, catering, vote). The technology used was very advanced, thanks to the new equipment adopted by Tecnoconference Europe.

In Modena, headquarters of the event, two latest generation projectors (beyond full HD) were used for the main screen, which, thanks to an advanced system of geometric correction, allowed a clear and perfect reproduction of the many multimedia contributions. Moreover, along the whole huge hall of Modena Fairs there were lots of screens on which full HD projectors worked.

Such a multimedia “orchestra” was managed by a very complex emission direction, which guaranteed a harmonious and rational “division” of the screen, giving each contribution (live footage, PPT, animated graphics, general info) its own space of effective coexistence.

The main room, acoustically very complex both for the concrete facility and for an extremely high reverb, required a state-of-the-art sound system tested on previous occasions but further refined; through the use of eight latest generation line array systems, an imposing front fill (16 additional high-powered speakers) and an articulated net of digital audio processors, the quality of listening and sound pressure turned truly exceptional anywhere in the room.

The transmission and reception systems, strictly optical fibre, ensured a just perfect audio-video signal, managed in Modena where a complex connection was provided within each location, including the crowded local press area.

Among the equipment we highlight: 30 cameras, 12 high brightness and resolution projectors, more than 60 monitors and a team of over 30 technicians in the three locations.
