In the general assembly of Confcommercio – to which Tecnoconference Europe–Del Fio Group has provided some important technological contributions – participated this year more than three thousand people, including many personalities from economy and politics. Among the many we mention the Mayor of Milan Giuliano Pisapia, the Governor of Lombardy, Roberto Maroni, the Commissioner of Expo 2015 Giuseppe Sala, the Minister of Economic Development Federica Guidi, deputy ministers, deputies and senators, the President of Confindustria Giorgio Squinzi and the President of Mediaset Tv network Fedele Confalonieri.
Tecnoconference Europe–Del Fio Group has first of all support President Carlo Sangalli’s official keynote, as usual, with a modern “transparent” teleprompter, working through reflecting mirrors.
Also this year it has also supervised the release of the badges and has furthermore supplied the attendance checking systems – particularly complex as a task, given the high number of participants. Attendance recording, for an event of this size, is one of the most critical issues at all: the system, albeit firmly established as a proven practice, has been refined over the years in order to avoid long queues in front of the desk accreditation, typical of so popular events.
In this case, 15 registration desks were necessary on site, and as many bar code laser readers. The badges – differently coloured depending on the status of the participant – had all been printed in advance, and the participants flow was efficiently managed, preventing from queues or any other problems.
Tecnoconference Europe–Del Fio Group has finally issued real-time statistics on the entrances of the VIP guests, and within 48 hours after the event it has released the final report on all accesses.
