Two events, connected to each other, under the Italian Presidency of the EU: the first informal meeting of Ministers of Tourism and Culture and the Tourism Forum, both at the Capodimonte Museum of Naples, for the general organization of MAE Delegazione and the local organization of Scabec. Tecnoconference Europe-Del Fio Group was called upon to provide technical services, which is a very delicate role in a location Unesco such as this one, requiring the utmost professionalism and expertise so that nothing, not even the floor, gets minimally affected by the operations.
The Ministers meeting, with their accompaniers, was chaired by the Italian Dario Franceschini, while the European Tourism Forum was also attended by EFTA - European Free Trade Association.
The technological interventions involved different environments. The magnificent Ballroom, in which five three-seat interpreter cabins had been placed, strictly according to international standards, was set up with a Next Generation digital simultaneous translation and a Conference System involving 80 microphone stations and eight monitors within the large rectangular table. The shooting was carried out by two AutoDome cameras, automatically interfaced to the microphone system.
The press conference had the support of the same digital simultaneous translation system, as well as of a two-camera broadcast direction and of the distribution of the A/V signals in the press room.
Between the two events, the staff of Tecnoconference Europe-Del Fio Group set down the main hall resetting it up in a theatre configuration (600 seats) in less than two hours, providing it with two large screens and as many high-brightness projectors which ran live footage by a two-camera broadcast direction in studio version.
The event ended on the morning of October 31st with the workshops, spread over four rooms, each of which equipped with simultaneous translation, sound system and video projection.
