Over 2,500 people took part in the central event of the Italian industrial system, including a rich audience of ministers and parliamentarians, such as the Minister for Economic Development Federica Guidi, who gave a speech after the report of President Giorgio Squinzi.
Tecnoconference Europe-Del Fio Group provided all technical services as well as planning and coordination, and for the first time the entire production of the communication and the direction of the event too.
Two high brightness projectors working in blending impacted on a super wide screen (over 16/9) inserted into a theatrical backdrop of over 20 meters, for a highly impressive visual rendering.
The video direction was full HD broadcast, studio version. The emission direction, even higher than full HD, consisted of sophisticated digital graphic mixers for the many contributions (walk-in movies and initials, "cap" slides and speech supports) that ran on the screen in addition to live images.
The direction was assisted by Cristina Redini, one of the most successful Italian professionals. She has worked, and currently works, with many big names of the national show business (like Fiorello, Christian De Sica, Giorgio Panariello, Michelle Hunziker), and has been collaborating for some time with Tecnoconference Europe–Del Fio Group.
The simultaneous translation system, using latest generation digital infrared, allowed foreign visitors to follow the works, while in the enormous Press area a system of wide closed circuit monitors allowed more than one hundred journalists to follow the works in the room and numerous television and radio networks to benefit from the broadcast audio and video signals.
