More than 2,500 people attended the General Assembly of Confindustria. Protagonists were many prominent
politicians, such as the President of the Italian Chamber of Deputies, Laura Boldrini, the Undersecretary of State
Maria Elena Boschi, and the Italian Minister for Economic Development, Carlo Calenda, who intervened after
President Vincenzo Boccia's report.
Tecnoconference Europe–Del Fio Group co-ordinated the direction and provided all AV technical services, this
year developed according to an innovative project.
Actually the choice was to give more emphasis to technology in the set-up by placing behind the board and the
podium a large screen in back projection extending for 14 meters in length and 5 meters in height right from the
ground, thus becoming an integral part of the scenery in itself, constantly animating it. The effect was really
spectacular and unusual for such institutional assemblies.
The Video direction was with full HD studio broadcast cameras. The broadcast direction, in a standard higher than
full HD, featured sophisticated digital graphic mixers for footage (walk-in videos and leitmotif, slides and speech
supports) that scrolled on the screen along with live images.
The simultaneous translation, through the latest generation infrared-radios device, allowed foreign visitors to follow
the works, while in the press area a closed-circuit monitor system allowed over 100 journalists to follow the works in
the hall and the numerous radio and TV networks to use the A/V broadcast signals.
On the occasion of the Private Assembly held on May 23, Tecnoconference Europe–Del Fio Group provided and
installed an innovative integrated AudioVisual Communication system with highly advanced multifunctional features,
entirely Full HD.
