The assembly of the Italian banking system's advisory institute was attended by the main representatives of finance, business and institutions (a total of about 400 people). The Governor Ignazio Visco held his usual official report. Tecnoconference Europe-Del Fio Group provided all technical services, which this year included a big novelty.
For the first time a large last-generation LED screen made its appearance in the austere "Salone dei Partecipanti" of Koch Palace, thus giving an innovative approach to the communication in the event. The broadcast-level video recordings, provided by a four-camera Full HD direction, thus turned out to be very clear and spectacular, increasingly exploited by the solemn architectural context that housed the audience.
At the end, a "synthesis" of five minutes containing the most important passages of the Governor's report was produced on site. The contribution was distributed to the media and inserted in real time on Bank of Italy's website.
The crowded press room was linked with a system of large CCTV monitors, thus allowing journalists to follow the works as well as offering the many television and radio networks the broadcast video and audio signals.
